I only want you here if you want to be here. You're not locked into a contract for a year, I just ask you to give me 3 months of consistency and work. Then we can decide what the next step is. You are a unique person, with unique needs, that will require a unique approach. I exist because I know personal training can be better. I don't want your money because of a contract, I want your money because you see the time and money you spend with me as one of the best parts of your day and/or week -- an investment in yourself. I want you to love training, and to tell all of your friends how amazing it is.

Before we even start training: We have an initial free consultation where we talk about you, and get to know why you've come to meet with me. We have a conversation, make sure that I am good fit to help with what you need, make sure you're comfortable with me and enjoy the space (for in person), and from there we decide if we are going to

Before we even start training: We have an initial free consultation where we talk about you, and get to know why you've come to meet with me. We have a conversation, make sure that I am good fit to help with what you need, make sure you're comfortable with me and enjoy the space (for in person), and from there we decide if we are going to move forward.

During that meeting, we will also get moving! This is where I get to understand you and how your body works and moves. This way we can make the best decisions possible to make sure we're getting you to your goal as effectively, safely, and quickly as possible. This is also the meeting where we can make some decisions about how to proceed in a way that gets you what you want, in a way that works with your budget and life.
